“It is the closest thing to PURE JOY
I have ever witnessed!”

& you can quote me on that.

By the time I get to the computer around noon, Donna has already painted an art journal spread finalizing it by stapling a dated, hand-torn tag three times somewhere on the page, edited the video and posted it to the net. Her energetic & playful spirit comes out loud and clear each Wednesday when she bravely shares one step of her journey with the world. In her videos, she uses well loved and brand spankin’ new items from her shop. So you get to see what the products CAN do before purchasing them. | Unless otherwise stated, all photographs Copyrighted by Donna Downey |
Her North Carolina shop looks so light and inviting with its wall of windows, crisp white and bright teal walls, and lots of table space to get messy. Creating anything there would be a delight. I hope to do so soon–maybe next Fall!
She has emboldened me to get my first gelli plate. The mono-printing process looks so addictive, but have yet to do my first print. I needed to get a few things done (like taxes and to kick-start a-MUSE-ing Mondays) first before getting lost in mono-printing for a few days. Next on my list to get are these Pan Pastels. Looks to be a great way to layer over and add dimension to the acrylic mountainscape paintings I've been working on. Check out the supplies & see what's right for you. There are so many options to choose from! |
